Lumen Condominiums, established in 2007, offers modern living with 94 units in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne area (Uptown). Our individually owned residential units provide comfort and style, while shared amenities create a vibrant community. We are a condominium complex managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and CWD Group. Lumen Condos also features a commercial side with a grocery store and fitness center. Front Desk Concierge
Lumen Condos provides a front desk service for residents with concierge and package handling services. Our building is managed by the CWD Group property management company.
Resident Parking
Lumen residents have access to an assigned spot in the secured parking garage. Our resident garage is separated from the commercial parking for the businesses connected to the Lumen building
Secured Building
Lumen Condos has the most up-to-date security in providing secured entry for residents. Our building is equiped with ButterflyMX for seemless secured entry alongside with FOB access.
Lumen Condos shares its building with commercial businesses
All commercial business are located on 500 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109.
Residents and commercial businesses have separate entry.

We're located at the heart of Uptown! We can be accessed via HWY 99 and I-5. You Can reach us west of South Lake Union or South of Upper Queen Anne.

Helping you navigate Lumen Condos and the connected businesses
Guests can enter by the front Lobby doors via the callbox. Calling “Front Desk” will have the concierge help you with enter. Residents will have secure access to the building with FOBs that enter the Lobby doors and secured parking garage.
No. While Lumen Condos shares its building with businesses, the residential side has its own entrance. The main entrance for the commercial businesses are from either QFC or the commercial parking garage.
Lumen Condos does not provide guest parking. Street parking is available on Roy street (subject to City of Seattle parking fees). If a resident has their own spot in the garage to provide then that’ll be up to their discretion. If you’re visiting a resident please contact them to coordinate parking. Other building visitors can use street parking.
The Lumen front desk concierge staff does not have direct unit information.
