With Lumen Condos being located in the Uptown, Lower Queen area of Seattle, residents have so many attractions to attend nearby! Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance from Lumen Condos!

West of Lumen

Lower Queen Anne/Uptown Area

You can find many restaurants around the Queen Anne Ave and Roy St. side. If you keep heading west a mile you’ll be in the Interbay Area.

North of Lumen

Upper Queen Anne Area

Going straight up the hill takes you to the residential area of the larger Queen Anne area. You’ll find a strip of restaurants, bars, and stores on Queen Anne ave as well as events such as Farmer’s Markets.

East of Lumen

South Lake Union Area

Going past the I-99 tunnel will take you in the heart of the tech workforce in Seattle. Here you can discover restaurants near the lake as well as check out the rooftop bars in the area. Beware of the traffic on Mercer St!

INTERBAY & MAGNOLIA

Located about 4 miles northwest of Lumen Condos is the neighborhood of Magnolia where you’ll be able to see the ship docks, a state park, and a beautiful water-side restaurant.

BELLTOWN

Denny Triangle/Belltown Area

Just directly south of Lumen Condos, you have one of the biggest attractions in Seattle just blocks away with the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle Center etc.

Downtown Seattle

Located about 3 miles southeast of Lumen Condos is the downtown Seattle area where you’ll find the famous Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, the Gum Wall etc. Going a bit further south will be the homes of the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks!
