Resident account profiles are given by Lumen Condos front desk staff. If there are any issues with your account please contact the front desk for assistance.
Here you can log in your account and edit information such as pets, vehicles, notes etc. Residents can receive notifications through this account about packages and other building related issues. All resident resources can be found in the Building Link account.

Residents will receive notifications from Building Link when packages are checked in on their behalf.
Important documents pertaining to residents and/or units can be viewed and downloaded on Building Link.
We can loan out hand-trucks, ladders and basic tools at the Front Desk. You can also book them ahead of time on Building Link.
Residents can pay for additional access credentials such as FOBs on Building Link, the Front Desk will have it ready for pickup.
Through Building Link residents can reserve the Lumen Lounge, Sky Bar and Media Room.
Amenity Keys are given by the Front Desk.
Residents can directly communicate with other residents on Building Link. Lumen Front desk staff will send important building updates via Building Link.
Building maintenance and staff are committed to maintaining the common areas of Lumen. Maintenance staff are not able to assist in any unit including damages, repairs and alterations. Damages, repairs and maintenance items within a unit are the responsibility of the owner/landlord.
Please contact the unit landlord if you’re a renter for in-unit issues. If you’re an unit owner please check out the Home Owner’s Association.
The Facility Manager is available M-F 8am-4pm to give advice and vendor recommendations for issues within the unit.
Lumen Condos does not provide guest parking nor can the front desk assist. If you have a guest, you’ll need to coordinate with them to park. Ample street parking (pay by hour) is available nearby.
Unfortunately, we do not provide EV charging in our resident garage. However, there is a public street EV charger right across from the Plaid Pantry convenience store on Valley St & Taylor St. Please keep in mind that there may be fees in using the charging station.
Residents can submit a payment through their Building Link account via the dropdown box for a FOB or garage access credential.
NOTE: If you’re a unit rental then you will need to have written approval from the Unit owner in order to activate the credential. The owner can contact the front desk via e-mail for confirmation.
Through Helena’s Cleaners, residents can set up an account to have their dry cleaning pick up and dropped off at Lumen Condos. Once the account has been set, residents can drop off their dry cleaning at the front desk. The front desk will help coordinate the pick up and drop off of for dry cleaning.
Lumen residents get access to Butterfly MX which is used to grant entry for residents and their guest. New residents will get an e-mail from Butterfly MX to setup their account. If there are any issues, please contact the front desk.
We offer notary services, basic document printing, and some equipment lending. Please check out these services through Building Link for more details.
