Built in 2007, Lumen Condominiums is located on Roy St. in the heart of Uptown. Our building is connected to commercial spaces providing residents convenience and comfort in their lifestyle. 

Lumen Condos was designed by architect David Hewitt and interior designer Garret Cord Werner.

Our building is a modern luxury-condo complex in Seattle that seamlessly integrates contemporary amenities into its design. Some notable features include floor-to-ceiling windows, which flood the interiors with natural light and provide stunning city views. Additionally, Lumen’s units feature sliding frosted-glass walls that allow for flexible room configurations. These design choices prioritize functionality, aesthetics, and a sense of openness, catering to the needs of urban dwellers while maintaining a sleek and modern aesthetic.

Lumen Condos has resident units on 3 levels that has viewpoints of the Space Needle and Uptown. Residents also have a dedicated level for secured parking.

Connected to Lumen Condos are commercial spaces housing a grocery store, coffee shop, and fitness centers that residents can access.

Property Management

Lumen Condos is a part of a homeowners association (HOA) managed by property company CWD Group. CWD Group provides financial management, escrow, and staffing to Lumen Condos.

Vendors

Lumen Condos has working relationships with vendors of all facets relating to the building. We have vendors helping maintain our building with washing, equipment maintenance, and security.

Package Handling

Our Front Desk concierge helps coordinate with package shipping companies such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX to delivery packages to residents. The front desk staff can check in packages and notify residents.

The Front Desk Concierge will not be able to answer questions regarding individual units or unit details. Please refer to the realtor listing page or real estate company for individual unit details.

Helping you navigate Lumen Condos and the connected businesses

Guests can enter by the front Lobby doors via the callbox. Calling “Front Desk” will have the concierge help you with enter. Residents will have secure access to the building with FOBs that enter the Lobby doors and secured parking garage.

No. While Lumen Condos shares its building with businesses, the residential side has its own entrance. The main entrance for the commercial businesses are from either QFC or the commercial parking garage.

Lumen Condos does not provide guest parking. Street parking is available on Roy street (subject to City of Seattle parking fees). If a resident has their own spot in the garage to provide then that’ll be up to their discretion. If you’re visiting a resident please contact them to coordinate parking. Other building visitors can use street parking.

The Lumen front desk concierge staff does not have direct unit information.

The units at Lumen Condos are individually owned and managed by their respective owners, realtors, and/or management group. Inquiries about unit prices, inventory, and unit details are at the full discretion of the unit owner. Please refer to listing agents for details.
