AMENITIES
Our amenities are provided for residents via booking through our resident online portal. These amenities each provide a different avenue for events and are all located on the Mercer St. side of the building facing the Space Needle.
LUMEN LOUNGE
Located on R2 the Lumen Lounge is our resident event room that’s equipped with a kitchen, long-tables, and furniture to give residents a space to host their parties.
Media Room
Located on R2 adjacent to the Lumen Lounge is the Media Room which is our “theatre entertainment” room for residents. Equipped with a projector, a large seating area, and the ability to connect your streaming services!
Sky Bar
Located on R3 directly above the Lumen Lounge is the Sky Bar which is an intimate casual space where you can watch on the 4KTV or hang out with some friends to play billards.
Common Spaces
Our Common Spaces are areas that residents have access to at all times. Many of these common spaces area accessible on R2 connected via our courtyard.
Firepit
Located on R2 courtyard facing Mercer St. is the firepit which faces the Space Needle. Here you can relax with patio seating during those spring and summer days!
BBQ Area
Located on R2 courtyard near the area elevator we have the BBQ grill area which is a first come first serve attraction for residents. Come grill to your heart’s content!
Car Wash
Located in our secured parking garage is the residential car wash. Our first come first serve car wash is equipped with power hoses, towels, cleaners, and a vacuum to keep your car looking tidy!
