Provides janitorial services for the exterior of Lumen Condos.
* TK Elevator
Provides service and maintenance for Lumen Condos and all commercial elevators in the building.
* McLeod Construction
Works with Lumen Condos to provide residents, commercial, and Lumen common areas with service, maintenance, and repairs.
* ButterflyMX Building TeCh
Gives Lumen Condos the modern property access technology that allows residents to have convenience and security.
* Quality Cleaning
Helps maintain Lumen Condos interior stay clean and dust-free! Quality Cleaning can also provide residents with services for their unit as well!
* Pacific Fire & Security
Oversees Lumen Condos and commercial businesses with comprehensive fire alarm security and monitoring.
RESIDENT VENDORS
While we don’t have specific vendors for each situation of an owner’s unit we can provide a great resource for residents to access. Lumen Residents can access vendors when it comes to in-unit services by being a part of the Home Owners Club. They’re a great resource for residents!
